📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and set targets to achieve revenue growth.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.,Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven experience in driving sales growth and managing branch operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
