Smart Bold Group is seeking a dedicated Deputy Quality Control to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining our high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet our standards.,Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans.,Maintain and update quality control documentation.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all quality control regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.,Understanding of production processes and quality assurance techniques.
