📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using SAP and Oracle.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings.
- Monitor budget performance and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular financial audits and internal controls.
- Train and mentor junior staff on financial procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP and Oracle financial software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
