🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate and property management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of local real estate regulations and market trends in Bali.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, driving excellence and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-leading tools like Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently within Bali and beyond.
