PT Kreasi Dwi is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and in the field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to promote and sell products.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Manage and track sales performance and provide feedback to the sales team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
