We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Cilegon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Oversee the payroll process, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Provide training and support to junior accountants and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
