📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast inventory requirements and optimize stock levels.
• Collaborate with retail managers to implement inventory management strategies and best practices.
• Utilize inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle to track and manage inventory levels.
• Develop and maintain detailed inventory reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail and supply chain management.
• Provide training and support to retail staff on inventory management procedures and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related role in the retail or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in inventory management or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
