Hotel Vera Fruit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of managing financial operations in a hotel environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure timely and accurate processing.,Oversee the bank reconciliation process and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.,Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Monitor and control company expenses to ensure they are within budget.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and support to the finance team and management.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure they are properly documented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
