In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for maintaining excellence in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure consistent quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and certifications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with a strong background in manufacturing or a similar industry.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes and reducing defects.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP).,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
