📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of employees and visitors to the workplace.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or management field.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
