📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing and managing the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Leading and motivating the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of orders.,Conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.,Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for the production team.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Providing regular reports on production progress and performance to management.,Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures in the production area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant production management software.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian language is a plus.
