📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other technical products.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Create and maintain user manuals, quick reference guides, and other types of technical documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools within the company.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software or hardware industry.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
