📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of production activities,Monitor and ensure the quality of products,Manage inventory and ensure timely supply of materials,Supervise and guide junior staff in production tasks,Conduct regular production reports and updates,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Collaborate with other departments to improve production efficiency,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in production or related field,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Knowledge of health and safety regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
