📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food,Ensure food is prepared and cooked according to recipes and standards,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies,Follow all health and safety regulations,Assist in training and developing junior staff,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions,Assist in special events and promotions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects,Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
