📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.,Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, such as leave management, training programs, and performance management systems.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion, and addressing any employee concerns or issues.,Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the company is in compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in a growing company.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
