📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the optimization of production processes using data analysis and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Support the implementation of the SAP Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to improve production tracking and control.
• Conduct process improvement projects, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Participate in daily production meetings and provide updates on project progress.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues to prevent recurrence.
• Support the collection and analysis of production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering or related degree program.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Basic knowledge of SAP MES or similar manufacturing execution systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
