📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting best practices.
  • Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
