📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Manage a team of Brand Ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation and sales targets are met.,Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and promotional activities.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
