Overseeing store operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities,Managing a team of store operators and providing guidance and support,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality,Managing inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels,Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling discrepancies,Training and developing new store operators,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of inventory management and stock control,Familiarity with healthcare industry and products,Ability to use computer systems and software,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
