📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract potential candidates.,Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analysis and design effective job descriptions and person specifications.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
