📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and guidelines.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax efficiency.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for the company and its subsidiaries.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of tax processes to identify areas for improvement.,Provide guidance and training to junior tax professionals.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.,Represent the company in tax-related negotiations and communications with tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax-related roles, with the last 3 years in a leadership position.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficient in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
