📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care according to established protocols and procedures.,Assessing patients' conditions and developing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Administering medications as prescribed by physicians.,Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Documenting patient care activities accurately and maintaining patient records.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a coordinated and efficient care delivery system.,Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
