🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, such as Micros, and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Fluency in English and local language.
