As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that we get the best value for our money, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure that we get the best value for our money by comparing prices and negotiating terms with suppliers.,Maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring that they meet our quality and delivery standards.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies and materials as needed.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Track and report on procurement activities, including spending, savings, and supplier performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
