In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our restaurant. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to manage a team from a distance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the restaurant.,Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory and ordering to optimize costs.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with remote management tools and software.,Understanding of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of Indonesian culinary practices and trends.
