📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service.,Monitor and control food and beverage costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to ensure the restaurant meets the needs of customers and the business.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement improvements to the restaurant's operations and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management, food and beverage service, and health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive growth.
