📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Collaborating Centres Support Office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services and patient outcomes.,Coordinate with various departments and external partners to facilitate healthcare innovation projects.,Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the support office, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Represent the hospital at industry conferences and events to promote healthcare innovation.,Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the support office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Experience in healthcare innovation and project management is a plus.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems.
