📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Promote and implement customer satisfaction initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving outlet performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
