📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the production department to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of production staff to ensure that they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional food quality.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.,Ensure that all food safety and quality standards are met and maintained.,Work closely with the kitchen manager to develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients are ordered and stored properly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food production industry.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong background in food production and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with food safety and quality standards.,Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
