📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care in HDU and ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Monitor and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.,Assist in the management of critical care patients, including those with complex medical conditions.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Promote a safe and compassionate patient care environment.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in critical care nursing through ongoing education and training.,Assist in the preparation and documentation of patient care reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in HDU or ICU.,Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Valid nursing license in Indonesia.
