📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a strategic HR plan to support the company's growth and business objectives.,Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.,Build and lead a high-performing HR team to deliver exceptional service to employees and the organization.,Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion that drives business success.,Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational change.,Ensure compliance with all local and international labor laws and regulations.,Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging HR analytics and reporting.,Represent the company as a thought leader in HR best practices and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,10+ years of progressive HR experience in a strategic leadership role, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.,Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia and other relevant markets.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a strong advantage.,Certifications in strategic HR, change management, or other relevant areas are a plus.
