📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date and meets industry standards.,Conduct technical reviews to ensure consistency and quality of documentation.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials for end-users.,Work closely with the marketing team to ensure technical content supports product launches and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent writing and communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.
