📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform diagnostic and repair work on a wide range of vehicles, including motorcycles, cars, and luxury vehicles.
• Maintain and calibrate diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and procurement of parts and supplies.
• Train and mentor junior mechanics to maintain high standards of work.
• Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic or similar role.
• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and components.
• Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools and equipment, such as diagnostic scanners and specialized tools for various vehicle makes and models.
• Experience in managing workshop operations, including inventory management and procurement.
