📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drafting and reviewing contracts for engineering projects.
- Ensuring compliance with Indonesian legal standards and regulations.
- Providing legal advice to project managers and engineers.
- Conducting due diligence on contractors and subcontractors.
- Managing contract negotiations and amendments.
- Ensuring timely submission of legal documents for project approvals.
- Assisting in the resolution of legal disputes related to engineering projects.
- Staying updated on changes in legal and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal affairs, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal standards and regulations.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with contract management software such as DocuSign or PandaDoc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
