We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist with expertise in Export/Import to join our team in Semarang Barat, Jawa Tengah. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Your daily tasks will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to Export/Import services
• Providing exceptional customer service and support
• Assisting with the preparation and processing of export/import documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
• Assisting with the development and implementation of customer service improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, particularly in Export/Import
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with Export/Import regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel to Semarang and Surabaya offices as required
