📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for Mandarin-speaking employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to Mandarin-speaking team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are tailored to the needs of Mandarin-speaking employees, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution, helping to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Work closely with the management team to understand their needs and challenges, and develop strategies to support their professional growth and well-being.
• Leverage your strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity to build strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking employees and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and Mandarin, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
