📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the scheduling of medical check-ups and ensure timely patient appointments.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure all necessary tests and procedures are conducted efficiently.
• Process and manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Oversee the operation of medical check-up equipment and ensure they are functioning properly.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about medical check-up services.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of medical check-up reports to patients and referring healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in a medical check-up or hospital setting.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
