• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Conduct routine network maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and security patches.
• Proactively identify and resolve network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
• Collaborate with network engineers to implement improvements and new technologies.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and clients, ensuring their network needs are met.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network availability.
• Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations, with a focus on enterprise networks.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry-recognized certifications.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of network security best practices and tools such as firewalls and IDS/IPS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
