In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Supervise the work of accounting staff and provide guidance and training as needed.,Monitor and control the company's budget, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to relevant authorities.,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and improve accounting processes.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
