📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic OD programs that drive organizational effectiveness and culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align OD initiatives with business goals and vision.
• Conduct needs assessments, design interventions, and evaluate the impact of OD programs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development through training and development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leaders.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of OD programs and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organization development.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring the successful execution of OD initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in organization development, with a proven track record of leading strategic HR initiatives.
• Certification in Organization Development (e.g., SHRM-CPOD, OD Practitioner, or similar).
• Strong understanding of HR metrics, data analysis, and organizational effectiveness tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
