In this role, you will use tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and other HRIS systems to manage our workforce data. You will also collaborate with our mining engineers, safety officers, and other stakeholders to ensure our HR practices support our operational objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with mining operations and sustainability goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage health and safety programs.
• Analyze workforce data using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Collaborate with mining engineers, safety officers, and other stakeholders to support operational objectives.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a mining or industrial setting.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
